Real Estate Merchant Banking
The principals of Churchill Capital Company invest their discretionary private equity capital in various “value-added” real estate projects primarily owned and controlled by clients of the firm. The funds for these investments are entirely discretionary and prospective transactions are subject to review solely by Churchill Capital Company’s principals. These real estate related investments typically range from $1 million to $10 million and can take the form of mezzanine debt, secured or unsecured loans, and equity. Churchill Capital Company’s principals, individually and collectively, have invested in all major commercial real estate property types at various locations throughout the United States totaling in excess of 14 million square feet. Because we understand the needs of our clients and the entrepreneurial mentality, Churchill Capital Company is able to make extremely rapid decisions and to move with speed and flexibility in handling Merchant Banking opportunities for our clients.
